In a category full of fine print and dull ads, ANZ needed to introduce its credit card offering in a way that stood out and resonated with the New Zealand public.
So we asked a simple, playful question: “Could your credit card work harder for you?”
The TVC put a spotlight on the ANZ credit cards’ benefits in a way that felt fresh, human and fun, without sounding like, well, a bank.
And it paid off: brand recognition jumped 24% and consideration rose 84%, all directly driven by our ad. Now that’s what I call a return on creativity.
